Hi Hi, I’m Urania, a 22 year old equine artist from Portugal, living in the UK for the past decade :)I currently mainly do digital stylised drawings of horses, both fantasy and real. I have been experimenting with different mediums such as acrylic/epoxy keychains and gauche. My favourite so far has been playing around with different digital textures, especially crunchy textures hehe.I also have been kidnapped by uni XD I’m just joking! But on a serious note, I am completing my masters in Veterinary Physiotherapy, meaning that I am currently writing my dissertation/thesis.I have a little cutie called Tobias, he’s a 6 year old Staffy x Lurcher mix. He is my whole world and I am his whole world. I love him very much!

My biggest inspiration when it comes to drawing is anime and lusitanos. This may be my prideful Portuguese side coming out, but they are so expressive and beautiful. There is just something so magical about Lusitanos. I also enjoy working equitation, I have never had the chance to practice it myself, but its such a unique and fun sport. What I particularly enjoy about it is that (at least in Portugal), horses aren’t being bred for flashy gaits, but more about practicality. It’s a sport preserving our heritage while also preserving our beautiful breed.Anyways, to summarise, I am a little flower with too much energy who is trying to live day by day and achieving the best I can <3
